Cloffice Reveal

During the renovations of our home, my husband and I turned our coat closet into an office. He built in bookshelves and a desktop and I added a few storage boxes, but it was never really finished.

In January, I decided it was time to finish the cloffice. I wanted to make it a comfortable space to work on my blog and design projects. Unfortunately, it has taken longer than expected to finish. I painted in January, but grew so busy with the blog and learning blog design that the project was put on hold. I spent the majority of last week finishing the final touches. I added pattern and color to the storage boxes and made a burlap drape. It will be used to close off the space if it gets a little out of control.

Tomorrow, my husband is going to share a tutorial about how to turn your closet into a functioning office space.

Check out the Before and Afters:

  1. I'm a sucker for a great Before & After, and this is one of them! It's a beautiful place to work. I love the yellow accents. (And I think it's funny that you call it a "cloffice.") :)
