I hope you all had an amazing LONG weekend!

I really hope Blogger is cooperating today. I have had a few emails over the weekend, and into yesterday afternoon, that many of you were not able to post comments on the blog. I am sorry! I hope it is fixed. I have missed your comments!

    Brass as an accent - definitely a yes! I prefer antiqued brass - tarnished as opposed to shiny. Interesting post, thank you!

    Total BAM! It is such a warm metal and a nice distraction from the nickel and oil rubbed bronze we have been seing for years.

    Oh my gosh...I have just started replacing ALL my brass fixtures with ORB. I have had brass (or fake gold) everywhere for my whole life. I'm ready for a change but who would have thought the old gold would ever come back? Great post...

    I love this series!!! B to the A M! I love it. It reminds me of chic hotel lobbies and it is very warm. I agree with Allison, though, about small doses.

    I say BAM! I love this series! I honestly don't think it ever really went out just that it wasn't trendy for a while. I do think though that is depends on the brass as to whether it's good or bad.

    Bam-Bam but I like it all mixed- but organized ie. all knobs and hinges pewter but with a gold table lamp- It's okay to mix- agree?

    BAM BABY! This time round it seems less gaudy and bling, bling. Most of it has such a nice patina to it, and it is used in small doses so to me it looks much better than before!
