Gray is a fabulous neutral... sophisticated and chic, masculine and feminine, soft and strong. It can be used as the dominate color in a space, or a soft neutral backdrop that makes color POP!
Many people are afraid of gray, afraid it will make their room feel dark and depressing, but that is a common misconception. Warm gray's can easily warm up any space while cool gray's can be very calming.
Warm gray's have underlying tones of yellow, red or orange.While cool grays have undertones of blue, violet or green...
It can make a dramatic statement...
or quietly fade into the background
I feel like I've been MIA the past few weeks. It was nice to get back to WV to visit family and friends, but now I'm back in NM and back in the blogging business. I can't wait to catch up on your blogs, I feel like I've been gone way too long.
