Still Trying to find THE ONE

Whether its a relationship or paint colors, it seems we're always searching for ''THE ONE." The one that's going to jump up and holler in your face, look at me, I'm perfect! Well, this week I am still struggling with finding that in my blog design. So here I am still plugging along.

I have learned a ton over the past couple weeks, about photoshop....and patience. My skills are slowly improving, but I think I am still trying to find a little whimsy in my design that my skills aren't quite able to pull off yet....maybe today. I learned how to create an argyle pattern last night. Those skills taught me a few other things, merging layers, creating patterns, etc. So today I am optimistic I can improve a little bit more....that's what it's all about anyway right?

I wanted to post a few of the designs I've been working on, I would love to hear what you think? Things that work, things that don't, words of praise :).











My picks right now are 3 or 5. They are laid out in the order I built them. What do you think?

I am hoping the right design will jump up and bite me today, so I can get back to working on all of my resolutions and house projects.
